We originally had two other realtors in to evaluate our home.  During that protion of the process we thought that Gary (was) the most straight forward and professional with us.  It was a pretty clear decision for us to list with (him).

 

During the rest of the proecess it was the same.  I felt (he was) professional in every aspect of the listing.   Everything was explained to us patiently when the listing was drawn up.  We were given very sound advise on what improvements to make or not to make to our home prior to the listing going into effect.  The whole listing start to finish was handled how I would expect a realtor to handle things.  I was very happy with (his) work.

 

I do not give out recommendations to those who don't deserve it.  Gary really earned a good reference.

We have had the opportunity to utilize the services of Gary Adamo several times in the past few years. In December of 2005 we purchased and sold a home in Airdrie, and in October 2006, we purchased a home in Crossfield and sold ours in Airdrie.

Gary (has) made these very stressful experiences almost enjoyable. The excitement of finding a new home is intensified when it can be a worry free experience. Gary worked hard for us, made (himself) constantly available, and (was) pleasant and professional throughout it all.

I have utilized other realtors in Airdrie in the past seven years, but would recommend none of them, with the exception of (Gary). I have referred (him) to friends who have also had nothing but good things to say about (him).

Gary Adamo of Century 21 was our Realtor for a period of three months during the summer of 2003. My wife and I are pleased to say that we were more than happy to have Gary represent our home in the Airdrie Real Estate Market. From the day Gary introduced himself to my family and sat down with us to discuss the level of service and time he was about to commit to selling our home, I was more than convinced that he would be our choice. After going over all the conditions and options of the 90 day contract, Gary backed it up by stating he would go beyond the expectations of the contract to ensure our satisfaction and so we later found that he would live up to these expectations. I must explain our situation for anyone to appreciate Gary's level of service. As soon as I found out that I was going to be transferred to ... I had Gary list our home. I left my wife and three young children behind while our home was listed for sale. During hte first few weeks Gary had many showings and we had three offers. It was during the third week that my wife and I were happy to agree to an conditional offer with a fairly lenghty possession date. This we felt would be perfect for our situation. During this period after the conditional agreement Gary persistently continued to market our home, run open houses, and heavily advertise our home, just as was done prior to the sale. He indicated that he was doing this to either ensure that the sale of our home was final or to have continued interest should this conditional contract expire or forfeit. He was not leaving it up to chance that our home would be finalized. Also during this period when my family was up in ... visiting myself for a couple of weeks, and as it happened that Gary lived just up the street he turned on the sprinklers during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, saving our lawn. This was definaitely more than we expected. Unfortunately after the 2nd month my job in ... was not working our at expected and I started to have growing concerns about moving to ... I was initially apprehensive about discussing with Gary due to all his effort put in this, however once I discussed it with him, he indicated he fully understood and as he originally stated before we signed up, he would do what was in our best interest. We had 3 weeks for the conditional sale to expire and so we decided to wait it out. In the meantime Gary pulled the sign on the yard and discontinued all advertisements. The conditional sale expireed and I retured to work in Calgary and was happy to still have our home in Airdrie. Even though we did not sell out home in Airdrie I would have to say we were very happy with the level of service during that period, we were comfortable with the conditional sale (as this worked for us) and the fact that he lived up to his promises that were made right from the beginning. I never felt a sense of sales pressure and in the end wehn I wanted to withdraw from the sales contract, Gary was more than understanding. In the end there was (no)house sale, thank goodness, but we made a new friend. I would recommend Gary to anyone who is considering the sale or purchase of a home. As we got to know Gary and his family, we have learned that he has lived in Airdrie for a while now and is a respected member of our community in Airdrie. You can expect a highly motivated, low pressure, honest person as we have experienced.  Sincerely,
